The role of a casual worker can be extremely varied, and so, you would need to be able to hit the ground running. You may be required to work across all of New Hope’s sites in a variety of different roles and shifts which could be due to absence, holidays, an increase in workload or many other possible reasons.
As this is a Zero Hours role, you will not have any normal hours of work nor are you guaranteed any, you will be offered work if and when it becomes available.
You will be given reasonable notice of available work, however you are not obliged to accept any shifts that are offered to you.

A new innovative specialist role is being provided in partnership with CGL Spectrum and New Hope. This is a permanent position funded by New Hope to provide integrated drug and alcohol recovery services in partnership with Spectrum CGL. Based at New Hope, Watford, the recovery service will provide a range of support options to help rough sleepers with drug and alcohol misuse problems.
