Assessment Beds Support Worker - Maternity Cover

An exciting vacancy has arisen within New Hopes Emergency Accommodation Team for an Assessment Beds Support Worker.

New Hope exists to serve individuals who are homeless or vulnerably-housed through the provision of accommodation and opportunities to transform lives.

We provide accommodation services with up to 66 beds every night (assessment beds, emergency accommodation service, a damp house, a dry house, and move-on hostels), support services (street outreach, a 24/7 emergency homelessness advice line and a tenancy sustainment team) and two development services (a community market garden and a HopeCollege training scheme) We support more than 500 people every year through these services.

Community Home Night Support Worker x2

Two exciting vacancies have arisen within the New Hope team for Community Home Night Support Workers. We are looking for a caring individual to work as part of the Community Home team in supporting the Manager in providing an efficient, effective and professional service to the Community Home residents. You will be providing face to face contact with residents and maintaining awareness of their needs in order to advise, support and encourage as appropriate as well as assisting in the day to day running of the Community Home, including answering the phone and the front door, responding to emails, ensuring the security & safety of the building and residents.

Sanctuary Waking Nights Support Worker

An exciting vacancy has arisen within the New Hope team for a Sanctuary Waking Night Support Worker. We are looking for a motivated individual to support the Sanctuary Management team in providing an efficient and effective service to Sanctuary service users. A successful candidate will stay awake throughout the night and be available for service users support and queries, providing face to face contact to maintain the wellbeing and welfare of The Sanctuary service users. You will also assist in the general running of the Sanctuary, including reception duties, answering the phone, ensuring the security of the building and specific cleaning duties.
