Lily's Yoga Challenge

Five-year old Lily Kitchenham from Rickmansworth, a pupil at the Royal Masonic School, has raised an astonishing £2,088.75 for New Hope!

Lily decided to raise money for people who are homeless because ‘people need a home because they might be sad and lonely if they don’t have somewhere to live.’ With the help of her mum, Tanya, and Adele from Adele Yoga, Lily took part in a sponsored two-hour yogathon. The money raised will go towards our vital work providing emergency accommodation for men and women in Watford.

Rebecca Palmer, New Hope’s Fundraising and Communications Manager, said: ‘Lily’s fundraising efforts have been fantastic! We have all been moved by her compassion and activism and I believe we can all learn something from Lily’s attitude and hard work.’
