A holistic support facility to help homeless and vulnerable individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives by offering a wide variety of creative and skill-based activities.

Offering:

Cultivate is a new service, developed from our long-standing Community Market Garden service and a range of activity programmes trialled during lockdown.

Mission:

Cultivate exists to help people cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing.

We support people in their recovery journey from mental health difficulties and substance addiction and provide opportunities to develop meaningful life skills.

We do this through horticultural therapy, creative arts, wellbeing sessions, practical projects and pre-vocational opportunities.

Cultivate places the individual at the centre of their own goal-focused, strength-based programme and all activities are delivered through a trauma-informed lens.

How to access:

Access is through an online referral or by calling Ian on 07534 950 247.

Currently, Cultivate is only open to New Hope service users.
