Support & Advice Centre for People Facing Homelessness
The Haven focuses on providing humanitarian aid for people facing homelessness: hot food, showers, laundry facilities, and clean clothes. Alongside this very practical support, the team will provide help and advice to people threatened with homelessness or who are homeless but not rough sleeping.

The Haven impact:
In the financial year 2023/24 335 different people attended the Haven and we saw 151 people with a new case of homelessness.

How to access:
Drop-in services available from 8:30-10:30am Mon-Fri
The Haven staff are available from 8.30am to 15.45 Mon-Thurs
and 8.30am to 15:00 on Fridays for help and advice.
Currently closed Saturdays & Sundays.
