A central helpline for mental health services in Hertfordshire who offer crisis support for individuals experiencing mental health problems.
Telephone Service for First Time Mental Health Problems (8am-7pm).
Cost: Free to access.
Eligibility Criteria: Individuals experiencing mental health crisis.

A range of wellbeing centres across Hertfordshire, providing support and advice for adults experiencing mental health problems.
Counselling Service at Wellbeing Centres.
Financial and Housing Advice in Partnership with Specialist Organisations.
A range of courses, including:
• Confidence Building.
• Managing Anger, Anxiety & Depression.
• Arts & Crafts.
Crisis Support by Telephone and In-Person between 9am-5pm and Telephone support between 6pm-2am.
1-to-1 Support for Individuals Recovering from Mental Illness.
Cost: cost varies depending on service and individual’s income.
Eligibility Criteria: varies depending on service required.
Referral Procedure: fill in referral form and send to contacts stated on form.

Provides a range of services for people with learning disabilities, their families and carers.
Support Officers for Personalised Advice.
At Home Support Workers.
Information Services for Individuals, Parents, and Carers.
Cost: free to call.
Eligibility Criteria: individuals with learning disabilities and parents/carers.
