Free and confidential counselling, coaching and other supportto 10-25 year olds in Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Rickmansworth, South Oxhey and Borehamwood.

Offering:

Face-to-face discussion and counselling services that include:
• depression, anxiety, self-harm & other mental health issues.
• relationships, bereavement & family breakdown.
• sexual health, sexuality & pregnancy.
• coping with physical, sexual and emotional abuse.
• overcoming dependency on drugs, alcohol & tobacco.
• bullying, anger management, eating disorders & many more.

Eligibility Criteria: people aged between 11 and 25.

Referral Procedure: self-referral only. Appointments can only be booked by the client themselves (except 11-13 year-olds whose parents can book appointments for them).
