Once service users have moved into their own accommodation, the Tenancy Sustainment Team (TST) is available to provide support.
TST works with those who are now in their own accommodation, enabling them to remain in their homes in the long-term.
TST offers practical support, such as helping service users resolve issues with landlords, helping them with benefits forms and driving them to appointments. The team also offers emotional support and enables service users to build a supportive social network through coffee mornings and social outings. This enables service users to truly break free of the cycle of homelessness.
