What is the Tenancy Sustainment Team?
The Tenancy Sustainment Team (TST) provides support to people who have recently moved into their own accommodation.
The team offers practical support, such as helping people resolve issues with landlords, helping with benefit forms and accompanying people to appointments. The team also offers emotional support and encourages people to integrate into the community.
The team encourages people to prepare for employment through training and volunteering.

The Tenancy Sustainment Team impact:
In the financial year 2025/6 TST supported 154 people (Next Steps Accommodation Programme, Rough Sleepers Accommodation Programme, temporary accommodation and people who have moved through the New Hope services to their own homes).
